Membership
Your first session is free. New members receive 3 complimentary sessions. After that, pricing is provided directly by text and memberships may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
Assumption of risk
Physical training carries inherent risk. By participating in sessions at 9. PERFORMANCE, you acknowledge that risk and agree to follow coach guidance and disclose relevant health conditions prior to training.
Cancellations & pauses
Memberships may be paused for up to 60 days per calendar year. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted toward your monthly allotment.
Payments
Membership fees are billed in advance via our third-party payment processor. Failed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.
